In ayurveda, nose is the gateway to the mind. Therefore neti or nasal irrigation is an important part of detoxification- removing pollutants & allergens from the nasal cavity.
Nasya oil is particularly used after neti to prevent dryness, promote awareness and improve concentration.
The decongesting essential oils in this blend are antiviral and anti bacterial.

Directions for use: 

Tilt your head back; instill one drop in each nostril and sniff morning and evening.
